After three days of shopping, preparing food, parents arriving, a truly amazing solstice party on Friday, a muddy head from too much cheer at said party, I needed a break. Some time alone before Christmas day, more family and cooking. I feel worlds better. I am with you on the bonfire, staying home to do work that grounds you, and recharges your soul.
